As Founder and CEO, she leads the firm’s strategic direction while remaining deeply engaged with clients navigating complex and high-impact financing decisions. With a rare combination of experience as an operating CFO, financial consultant, venture capital executive, and nearly three decades as a dedicated advisor, Kimberly offers a uniquely comprehensive perspective. Her guidance is grounded in strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of how capital strategy shapes long-term enterprise value.

Kimberly resides on the north shore of Massachusetts and enjoys spending time with her growing family, staying involved in her quaint seaside community, and slowly but surely working on her lofty golf goals.
